Well it's that time of year again when the different parts of the U.K. Come together in pink! ! for race for life. So I've managed to run 4 times this week. Which I have to say was greatly needed after experiencing a bad start to the week. Monday was ok,but Tuesday was mental. After realising that I could no longer bank online,after a quick phone call to the appropriate people who informed me my account had been suspended !!!!!!! a visit was needed quite quickly to the bank!
After much conversation and very helpful staff I found out that my credit card had been fraudulenty maxed out aswell as an increase of my limit.All of this had been done without both my husbands and my knowledge. I won't speak about our thoughts and about how I felt about this,as my language would not be good for a Sunday. Needless to say we were really fed up.The problem was sorted and staff at bank and fraud office were brilliant.
After returning home from the bank I only had 10 mins to chat with hubby and then I had to go to dentist to have a filling and a small piece of tooth removed! At least I didn't have time to fret about the dentist,though I must admit it wasn't as bad as I had envisaged.
Anyhoo I have managed to clock up 14.8km split over 4 days. And tomorrow I will take part in my RFL and forget about the drama of Tuesday and just enjoy it!!!!!

We did our RFL last weekend where 5k became 6k due to incorrect calculations lol. It was a fab day and some great encouragement along the route. Enjoy your run tomorrow, chill out, relax and let your legs carry you along. Sounds like you need some fun to counter balance life events!

Are you looking forward to your race next week and how is your training for 10k going? I'm going to start my training for that Tuesday after resting Monday! I've really got this running bug!
I posted earlier today about my 'half-Parkrun' this morning. I did 8.5k on Thursday though the last 1.5k was mainly walking due to an odd knee pain. I have had a difficult week too as we travelled up north for a family funeral, we stayed overnight the night before. I am still feeling a bit flat after that but running on Thursday and today certainly helped.
So so sorry to read you sad news. Your week I imagine was far more difficult than mine. Yes I'm sure you are feeling flat. I shall also run for you tomorrow if I may?
