Oh that’s good. I run on my own now as my daughter used to be about a min a km faster than me so I struggled or she felt slow. Then she stopped running in December so I run on my own. I have a couple of running friends locally but again much faster than me so I’m still a lone wolf. 🤣

But that sort of suits me as it means some days I can just amble and if I want to put my foot down I can...I choose short or long, fast or slow ... suits me.

6 weeks of steroid drops to go and 1 week of dilated pupil and looking odd. Then, touch wood, I'll be fine. Batty from squinting at a computer screen for hours, but fine. Thanks for asking.

That's good. I'm now faster than my sister but slower than other possible running buddies! Annoying!

OK for slow recovery runs. Otherwise sounds like you're on your own... or join a running group with a few people and someone will be your pace

I really like the sound of a running buddy, but can’t even keep up with the dog 🐶🏃‍♀️ But there’s loads of VRB’s on here 😀 glad your eye us improving Baddie. 👍
