I did my short run on Monday with a friend and then Fate played its hand and my new running club had an option to do 7.5k at steady pace, mixed ability tonight. I nervously joined this group hoping that the steady pace meant slow enough ๐. It was sunny, hot and with a cooling breeze. The pace was 12min miles and I can honestly say I enjoyed all of it, hills included. I feel I have definitely crossed a barrier point as Iโm consistently feeling pleasure on my runs rather than only after them ๐๐๐คช. Just my 5k run to do at the weekend then ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

I thought that not so long ago. I find it so much easier running with a group than on my own like I did on the C25K. Donโt think I could have done the magic plan on my own ๐๐
Thank you and yes my confidence is growing. I canโt believe in my head Iโve even been thinking โONLY another 2.5k to get to 10Kโ ๐๐๐๐
I don't run in a group right now, but couchpotato2 is my real life RB when we can make it work. It really helps the run to go faster, I'm glad it's working for you!
