Hi everyone, I did my latest run under the plan earlier. It was 4K but took me 27:17 and the pace was 6:47. In fairness to myself I did 10K on Tuesday so I was still feeling the effects of that though. 🙂
Not to worry, it’s Parkrun on Saturday to complete week 7 👍 then I’ve packed my bucket and spade for a week at the seaside 🌞😎
