Signed up for a 5K with inflatable obstacles, along with half my son's rugby team and some very enthusiastic parents. Most people zipped round it no problems, whereas me and a fellow mum who kindly took pity on me, took a more leisurely pace.

Good fun though and a great workout. Fave obstacle was the tunnel one - which involved lieing down for a bit . A reminder that 4 months ago, pre Couch25k, I would never have been able to do it, whereas I did alternate between jogging and walking.

Highly recommended if you get the chance.
