Got up and ready to go out opened the door took one step out and down came the hailstones. π argh. In I came found waterproof jacket and off I went. My was it cold and windy. But the hail stoped once I was up the hill and it was just blustery and very cold. Met a few other hardy souls ( or idiotsπ€£π€£) running. Did my usual 20 minutes then home for a nice hot shower and coffee. Happy running πββοΈ πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

Oh yes. I remember the pain of hailstones bouncing off my face a few months back. The difference is you chose to go back out there π€£π€£π€£π€£.

Good for you π Hailstones can hurt sometimes and Iβve often thought that sunglasses would help although it would look a bit odd ππ€£
Hail and well met! π€£
Very brave! Well done for going out in such challenging conditions. I bet it warmed you up though. On the rare occasions Iβve run in the freezing cold itβs always warmed me up for the rest of the day. It must get the blood pumping around the body! Happy running Scruff55 πββοΈ
What motivation/determination! Fantastic!!!
Go, you! No gremlins getting in your way. π Love the super quick revision you made without sniff of a faff.
Iβd mentally decided to go out and was ready. The hailstorm was just a hiccough π€£π€π€£π€ plus Iβm a bit mad about running. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
