Today I ran my first 10k in 1hr 22 minutes, an average of around 40 minutes per 5k. Thrilled beyond belief! The longest and fastest I've ever ran. Don't get me wrong, had a brisk walk some of the way but I still finished and ran 90% of it!!
Can't wait for the next.
