After giving up active sports around 25 years ago, I started with C25K at the age of 64 in June 2018 but injured myself the first week.
Restarted C25K in February 2019 and after completing it I have gradually increased distance until today I ran my first ever 10k.
When I think back to C25K wk2 wondering how I would ever run for 3 minutes in wk3, to get to running for over an hour I feel a real sense of achievement.
It really is a great feeling.
