I’ve just completed a 10K trail run this morning as part of training for some official 10K races I have coming up. Blimey, have to say the toughest run I’ve done to date - a very hilly 780ft elevation has put 68 flights of stairs on my Fitbit. Loved it though!! I still can’t quite believe it’s me running sometimes, today I’ve run non stop for an hour and a quarter, feel like I’m finally sorting my breathing as well!
I’m going to get gait analysis done this week as the last few trail runs I’ve done I’ve had a painful right knee, especially when I’m coming down hills.
