Hi any suggestions to help motivate one along the stretch of park run? Thinking Laura and stamina but only lasts 30 mins and I’m not that quick I did my first park run in 42 minutes..

A playlist of your favourite tunes. Or the With me now podcast. It’s a Parkrun podcast. There is also the Free Weekly Timed Parkrun podcast.

An alternative is to go without the earphones, engage with other runners, enjoy the bird song and surroundings. You might not get a PB that way but the smile will be there.

I don't do headphones at parkrun.

Like the atmosphere and hearing what's going on and the encouragement spurs me on. 😊
