When I was out this morning for my run, I just thought ‘Wow! I’m so lucky.’ So I took a pic! I love this trail, there’s ups and downs but I know them and kind of like them.

Northern Lake District. I’ve run here in/on snow, pouring rain, strong winds and occasionally like today with blue sky and sun. 🙂

Ahhhh. For many years we had friends strategically placed in Gosforth, handy for Wastwater. Love the air up there! Happy running in your super place. 👍

They look like some pretty big ups and downs Dowat! 😂 I love the Lake district, I'm looking forward to doing some running there around September. You are indeed very lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

Just beautiful Dowat, it looks like high summer 😎 (definitely high!) Last time I was in the lake District I was still doing c25k, and the hills were just for walking on!
