I’ve just spotted Tilgate on your map. Is that Tilgate Park in Crawley? I used to go there with my nieces to feed the ducks. It must be beautiful park to run in and I’m hoping to tourist parkrun there with my friend sometime.

Hi Dexy5, yes it is! Agree its beautiful, swans and geese are on the lake with their young at the moment , it was such a beautiful morning yesterday to see the wildlife and scenery as i ran. Hope you get to visit and enjoy the park run at Tilgate 👍😊
