First 10k. Super chuffed!

Feeling bit like I’m bragging -so apologies! But I’m so chuffed with myself. 6 months ago 30 seconds was a struggle and now this. To be honest I think it was the new socks that did it! Going to need several rest days now I think. Happy running all.

I don't know, I take my eye of the forum for 5 minutes, and everybody's out there running their first 10k!!! That'll teach me not to go to John Lewis on a bank holiday 😂 Brilliant run dowat, and that's a cracking time 👏👏👏
