Yey I did it - I completed a 10k run to celebrate 5 years since I completed the C25K app and 5 years of maintaining just under 3st weight loss, To think this journey began because of 1 photo - when I thought I looked the dogs boll….ks but instead the image I saw on a photo was a middle aged overweight woman. So determination, a lot of willpower and support proves anything can be achieved if you want it enough ❤️
