Had a lovely evening run - i did not feel like i was on a fast one at all, i set of relaxed and maintained an even pace all the way. 31 mins 55 seconds woohoo...i will break the 30 minute barrier - it's getting closer.
So i read somewhere that running on grass was harder than concrete/tarmac - something to do with the energy return? Well i love running on grass and it clearly loves me back because i always have my speedy runs on it. Still on a runners high this morning Bring on the Thursday 10k ππ±βπ

now the days are longer I'm going back to week one to get my tired body back up to the fitness I had when I graduated last year. 9 weeks of Michael Johnson beckons
Brilliant run alisonx. Much of my running is on a track with grass either side. I swap between the surfaces frequently and don't notice much difference. The grass is maybe a tiny bit kinder on the legs, but nothing which stands out really. Anyway, whatever you are doing is working....a regular racehorse! !π
I foresee sub 30 coming your way before too long Alison! Brilliant run in a brilliant time! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπππ Enjoy your 10k. ππ
