Fore foot and two happy feet

Hi guys !! Gait analysis reveals that I,m 'fore foot runner', and needed a neutral shoe. I went for the 'New Balance' as they give more support in this area of the foot as I tend to strike the ground with the outer part of my fore foot before coming down to level off .All for £92.80 after a nice discount of £43.00 !! Calf pain is probably related to increasing distance too quickly !! Taking my new shoes out tomorrow for a their inauguration run ,probably a 5K ,as I was advised to ease in to the new shoes with a shorter distance run.

Good for you Fit4life, that was a good discount price of £43 you got. I enquired about the price for running shoes in the shop I bought a running belt last week, if I got a gait analysis then bought the recommended shoes at the cheapest price it would be £100, perhaps the gait analysis would recommend even more than £100 so at £43 you got a bargain.

Not today ,as her shoes are relatively new and she hasn,t experienced any problems to date .We are both, though very soon to be shopping for our new running outfits for B,ham ,which we are relishing !! My purchase today was necessary ,as I felt more support was needed than my current shoes were affording me !!

Lovely! They look like Fresh Foam Beacons, which get rave reviews. I'm envious!

How exciting getting new runners F4L! I don’t know about you, but trainers were just trainers a short time ago. Now they’re items of beauty and well worth showing off. 😀 I hope your new foot cushions give you many happy and comfy miles of running. 👍
