Not sure what's happening but instead of having a nice bank holiday lie in my brain said it's time to go out and run! What a beautiful morning, great to run in shorts and t-shirt and do my first non stop 6k. Slow but no walking! Some Ju-Ju magic going on there! Week 3 and new targets here I come
