I’m really working on mental strength; lost faith in my ability to run constantly without coming back to walk, so that is what doing this (magic😁) programme is about for me. So far, so good! It was SO hard to stop myself from going out for a quick 5k in between the scheduled runs (old style walk/run, that is), but I did the 30-day-shred instead on those days and made progress there. Trusting the programme and comments I’ve read about it on here. Really happy, encouraged and hopeful. Thanks, Ju-Ju.

Ooh hello there Caroline, sounds like you're doing good with this. I'll have to take a look, think it might be one for me when I get out there next. I need mental, physical stamina and strength 🤣🤣 just need exyra time in the day, but don't fancy going out in the dark at 9pm,as that's the only time I could d do, but then I feel pretty knackered by then and ready for bed, haha.
I will have look for ju ju's thread on this later tonight. 😊
