Got home and I was soooo hungry I ate lots of leftover chicken and baked potato. Then I had the slowest run for a while as I dragged my swollen belly around for 30 mins and 3.6 km.
then finally started to feel better so I popped an extra 8min Km in the back pocket. So I am in credit ju ju people.
As I am doing the weeks back to front Fridays run can now be 7 mins. 😂
Ps mummycav. I got my groove on at 4K to Waterloo ABBA. 🕺🏼 I was bopping along and getting strange looks from the dog walkers. You have started something!!!!

Good stuff... apart from maybe the pre-run fuelling, but we live and learn. Careful not to overrun the plan as it steps up, but this week is more than fine as you’re probably running less than you’re used to anyway.
To late. I had a rough week last week as you know with the C25k plus. so Sunday I just ran. Ended up 45 mins and 5.6km. Built my confidence a lot but I paid for it Monday. Back on plan now and avoiding those podcasts like the plague 👍🏼 Friday I will do a fast 15 and stop. Then Sunday and the big one. Can’t wait.
It’s just so weird. It’s counterintuitive that one run can be so easy and then you hit a slump. So I am guessing 60% of this running game is psychological. Oh and having a banana before a run not half a Sunday lunch.
You did better than us, we had a dog visitor and by the time he’d gone home we were all out of enthusiasm for wanting to go out in the dark cold and wet so well done
Great run but I think maybe take more food to work to eat during the day😀 I wish I liked running with headphones then I too could boogie instead of just talking to myself. Run happy
Sounds like you’re having fun. 😄 But do watch the total weekly increase rate. Too much too soon gets paid for in the end.... (not meaning to be a killjoy; just saying...)
