So I did my first 5K on Sunday, what did you do to build up to running 10k. Iβm a bit out on my own (my running partner is out with a knee injury) so I need so guidance!

Yes, agree 100% with the Magic 10 Plan idea. Iβm on my 4th time through it, itβs so much fun. πππββοΈ
Magic 10. Is did the time version first but now doing the distance. Itβs brilliant way to structure the running week and gets you to 10k easily. ππ»ββοΈπ
First, congratulations! Being old and injury prone, I had to graduate twice, and I've been doing consolidation runs of 5k and less for a few weeks, before now starting on JuJu's magic 10 plan.
Well done on running 5k Berta. As you only graduated a few days ago I would suggest you consolidate for 3 weeks before increasing distance further . You donβt seem to have received the link to the advice given to new graduates so Iβll try and find it for you.
