10k without stopping achieved today!

So, last week I ran 10k, but I did have a few 30secs walks, so it didn't feel like it counted.

Today I ran every step! It wasn't pretty, it was very slow, 🐢🐢 but it was complete.

And I loved it too, a bonus. The sun shone, the views were lovely and the cyclists and walkers I met were encouraging!

Thank you as always for all the support I've had on this forum. I started running in September, who'd have thought I'd run for 1.34.15 with no breaks only five months later.

Juju, your magic 10plan was perfect, I followed the distances, not the times otherwise I'd stil be waiting to graduate! 😏

And here we are a week early, please may I have my badge? 😇😊😘
