I would like to invite you to the next round of Ju-Ju's Magic Running Plan 10k/60minute running plan!

As you may know, Ju-Ju has had to step away from Health Unlocked for a while due to work commitments. We want to keep the Magic Running Plan going on this forum until her return, so here is the Panther herself with the video invitation from January:

So what can you expect from the Magic Running Plan?
★ The plan lasts for 8 weeks and has three runs per week
★ Included are some suggested strength exercises for you to try on most weeks
★ There will be, as last time, two versions of the Magic Running Plan:
- A 5k-10k distance plan which will build up your longest run to 10 km in Week 8
- A 35-60 minute time plan which will increase your longest run to 60 minutes in Week 8
★ We have printable plan sheets for you to stick on your fridge. You can download them from the following links:
