First ever 10 km

Hi done my first 10km today in 1hr 4 mins , was hard going but really proud of myself that I've managed to get this far after starti g couch to 5km last summer. Training to do the Aviemore 10 km in October.i hope to get a wee bit faster , I would love to get under an hour.

That is fantastic, well done, you are inspiring me to get out there a bit later and try and add to my distance (currently around the 6.5/7km mark).

I was doing that last week. I got up this morning and said to myself I am gou g to do 10 km today , and to my surprise I managed to do it. Good luck you will do it, keep positive. 😁

Well, check you! Love the positivity. I was about to go yesterday when there was an almighty hail storm and the temperature dropped sharply so I wimped out. Today, however, is another day....
