Thanks so much, at one part of the run we had the four seasons in one day!!! Itโs all over now with a nice bit o bling for the haul ๐๐๐โ๏ธ
Well done Walshy! 10k, bling and all four seasons sounds like a great day! Lovely to hear from you again. Congratulations on your amazing run! ๐โโ๏ธ๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฆโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
Hey hey cheeky how are ye?!? Put a couple of posts on 5 k forum, thought it was time to stop messing about and push myself a bit further seeing as the running club takes us out a bit further, itโs usually 5 miles on our timed run with the gang so I thought what the hell, add one on and do the 10 k, Iโm contemplating the Belfast titanic quarter 10K in two weeks, Iโll see if insanity prevails and I go for it!! Great hearing from you again, whatโs new on your side??
Thanks fionn, believe me, at 9 am yesterday morning at the start line, I was wishing for my bed, but hey, itโs all behind me now and another medal for the bling haul๐๐
Yeah, I love running but only when itโs over. Ok, thatโs not quite true but I totally know what you mean - that lovely feeling at the end, of smug tiredness is just great isnโt it! Well done you for getting out there and doing it!
Hi fionn, we called into a coffee shop in Belfast yesterday morning around 8.30, as we were drinking our coffee we all had the same conversation, ie what the hell are we doing here? , thereโs always the pre race dread, can I do this? Am I fast, fit enough? But that surge of smug relief at the end is an amazing feeling, hereโs to many more of these ๐ฅค, virtual clink of glasses , I hate these, but I love them... anyone who runs knows what this means!!!
