But still hating the headwind. My Fatal Five was a Toxic Ten this morning, until I could turn the corner into the shelter of the big hedge. Then things settled enough so I st least knew I would keep going for the 30 minutes. One nice moment on the way back with a sheltering hedge and the sun in the other side. Perhaps I should have just trotted up & down that 40m stretch..... 😂

Well done. I went out for a run yesterday evening in storm Gareth. It was difficult running into a 45 mph headwind. But I was thanking Storm Gareth as it pushed me up the steep hill with a lovely 45 mph tail wind.

I know what you mean Granspeed! Find a nice bit and stick to it - in my case the lovely downhill stretches with the wind behind me this morning. So tempting! 😅😅

Thanks. For once I think I may deserve the ‘well done.’ 😂 But the place is indeed good - farm track & footpath combo near our house & on the border of the New Forest. Very lucky. 😊🦚🥀🌾🦚
