... did I just sprint??!! Yes I did (well, it was a sprint for me, goodness only knows what I looked like!!) As it was a short run I used C25k week 1 as a timer to do 60sec sprints with 90secs jog to recover for the middle 8-9mins or so. I can’t say I enjoyed it at the time but it certainly made a change and I’m feeling quite accomplished now 👍 Steady 5k later in the week
