Lovely 5k today and starting Ju-Ju's plan in earnest

Went out this afternoon along one of my favourite routes, rain had started just before I went out but quickly cleared to leave a lovely sunny afternoon, lots of snowdrops out everywhere, just gorgeous

Last year's cygnets are now the same size as their parents but still have a few brown feathers among their white ones.

Felt good, it cleared my mind (had a hard week at work and the funeral of an old friend). When I came back, I wrote out the runs for the 8 weeks of ju-ju- 's plan and am going to stick to those for the forseeable future. Got to prepare for the 10k event I've entered in May.

Thanks IP! The runs are on a card on the front of the fridge (as they were this time last year) & I can tick them off as they are done! I love a list
