I had the 5k and the 7k left but would have been happy with the 3.5 but alas that had been done 🤣🤣 so I thought I’d do the 5 then got to 5k and thought what’s 2 more! .... I did it 😃😃😃😃 and quite speedy for me .... chuffed 😊

Well done Bridget! I too have got the 5K and 7K runs left this week. I like the idea of setting off with the shorter run in mind and seeing if I can extend it. This is all new territory for me - hope I can emulate your success!!
