Magic 7k!

I won’t lie! I was really not looking forward to this one. It was freezing cold, cloudy, cold wind blowing across the Lincolnshire flatlands and very wet underfoot after all the rain, but, as I’m visiting the aged parents this weekend and am unlikely to be able to escape to go for a run, it had to be done to keep me on plan. 5k done in 35.48 and then I thought I wonder if I could actually finish in under 7 mins/km so I went for it. Km 6 in 6.47 and km 7 in 6.35 (my fastest of the day). Result 7.03 average 😃😫 Quick shower and I feel great. Happy running peeps 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
