I know how you feel. I’m on prednisone for asthma but they wouldn’t give me anti-biopics for my chest infection - said it was viral. Am totally wheezing after climbing the stairs so no running for me for over a week. But managed to get out in the garden this afternoon and found s few snowdrops in bloom and crocuses poking through the earth, so spring is not far away now. Hope you start to feel better soon.

Nearly! Apparently there's a country wide shortage of Naproxen, so my friend was told. I've checked and the medication that keeps me going comes from India, so hopefully Brexit won't see me seizing up and crippled again... Hope you get well soon. Here's to the spring, can't wait!

Oh Chris, that sucks. 😕 Rest up well. I hate winter for the same reason. Love running in cold weather, but sheesh, all the bugs going around are awful. I have had three colds already this season. Wishing you a speedy recovery. x

I hate winter running too. My chest is stuffed full of dog allergens and I hate the cold. I haven’t got your level of problems though. Not long till spring. We have snowdrops here already. Have a hug from me to add to the one from Floss (look at all the fuss you are getting from the geriatric quarter 😂) xx

Slightly better is good Chris, but do please rest up for a few more days before going running. Rest and fluids and let those antibiotics do their thing.😚😚xx
