Too ambitious?

After an injury left me out of running for months after completing my first ever half marathon, I decided to do the couch to 5k programme as a way of rehabbing my knees and getting back into running. Long story short all is now well and I managed to complete a full 5k during week 5 of the plan and even managed a new 5k pb w6r1 in the last park run of 2018! For some reason I’m nervous to run beyond 3.1 miles. Should I continue on with the couch to 5k plan in order to complete it or should I move on to a 10k? And is there an app for that?

I’ve entered a 10k in May and I intend to enter the GNR again in September. Thoughts?

Keep up the running guys, you’re all doing fab!

I’d deffo complete C25k

Then do C25k+ Stepping Stones podcasts Thoroughly 💪👍😃

Then it’s the in-house 10 is The Magic Number programme with resident panther Ju-Ju. Check out her weekly round up movie clip

After that there’s the Sami Murphy Bridge to 10k programme. Free to download from here and loads of original tracks to run to, all chosen for their inspirational lyrics

Just go steady 😃👍
