So whilst officially still having a 5k run to do before finishing the magic plan, this morning I did my first ever 10k run. To think that in September I was begging for the end of a 3 min run section on C25k. These plans are amazing. Looking forward to the Parkrun on Saturday to officially finish. Thanks Ju-ju and all the support on here. It's been amazing. Happy Running xx
