I have just graduated C25K and really like the 'formality' of following an App. Is there a post 5K app - I like to be able to listen to my own music at the same time and also ideally have a half way bell as I am in a rural area with no loops to follow
Many thanks

Well done firstly for graduating the C25K, hope you're feeling rightly proud of yourself πππππ. It's an achievement.
Yes there are NHS5K+ podcasts...they have their own music for the timing. Music isn't brilliant. I actually continued to use the runs of W9 to consolidate for a few weeks, then did the Podcasts. Nike Run Club app is good, and for a laugh Zombies Run app is fun. Now I just run, no music, nothing and it's great. Oh I lie, I have my Garmin 30, which lets me know time, distance and pace too - good little gadget π. Happy running, and happy Christmas π
I use Runkeeper app. (Basic is free and has lots of options). I use it to tell me each 5 mins and my distance so far and average mins per km but you can set up whatever you want. It allows you to play your own music and then just pauses it and cuts in. Reverts back to music once it has given an update. π
