Hi. I’m doing ju ju’s plan and I’d like to try the 30-20-10 intervals she suggested. But I wondered if anyone could recommend an app for the timings. I’ve downloaded 2 free ones but they only let you put in two intervals and I need 3. I think if I have to count the seconds in my head the 10 second sprint will be much shorter ha ha

I have gymboss. Ive only used it a couple of times but you can set all sorts of timings. Just the free one.

brill.... have you a Garmin? My son programmed it into mine if you choose the 'workout' option. It then yells at me when I need to do each bit. I am back on these tomorrow, I am so excited
No sadly not - I have an iphone and the lowest of the low fit bit.
I've downloaded and programmed the three sets of intervals into the gymboss app, but then will have to run a bit after the first 5 minutes of sets, then set it off again for the next lot (hope that makes sense).
A programmable watch sounds much easier though
