Good app to move on from 5K (for Androids)

Hi, Recently graduated from C25K and really enjoying running now. Am continuing to do the final week to give me the motivation and have found an app for speed and stamina for iTunes, but I have an android phone. Any recommendations on a good app to increase my stamina and speed, as I'm slightly stuck at week 9? Thanks.

I'm using Active's 5km to 10km - a 9 week programme that builds you up, very similar to C25k. I'm enjoying it so far, although struggle with the tempo/interval stuff but I'm getting used to it. I just did my first 40 minute run tonight which was pretty manageable so it must be working. I've found that building Parkrun's into my routine is helping too.

I'm using ZenLabs 10k Pro program, enjoying it very much, I suppose they vary little so other brands of 10k trainer are available 🤔

Hi ChrisjF

Apologies if I am telling you something you already know, but I am in the same place and just downloaded the podcasts for C25K+ to my laptop and then loaded them on my Android phone. They are at nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Couch-to...

Good luck, and happy running.

I agree with Fiona_B Chris, take a look at the c25k + podcasts on this site. They have Laura as your coach and have three different runs to try.

Keep up with the 30 min runs though, maybe make your own running playlist to run to (have it on shuffle ). Maybe start working towards 5k if you are not quite there yet.

Happy running.😊
