2nd park run!

As l work Saturday during term time l don't get to do the park runs very often. Anyway, chuffed with my improvement, Managed to shave nearly 2 minutes off my time!

It definitely felt easier and my stamina is really improving. What an improvement since starting couch25k in march.

Celebrated by watching the new Mary Poppins film, it was great and l highly recommend if you like that sort of film.

I love reading all your posts, it definitely keeps me motivated. Enjoy running over the festive period 🏃☃️
