Who would have thought 9 months ago that I would enjoy running... I mentioned to my gf today that I can’t believe that i’m saying that the 2.5km weekly run (1 run in w1 of Ju-Ju’s plan) was a short and easy run, considering I struggled to run for 1 minute intervals in April.
Well, w1 is done, with my fastest 1k, 1 mile, and 2 miles in my 5km outdoor run, and the 5.5km done which is my longest distance so far. Still doing 1 or 2 runs a week on the treadmill but I don’t mind it.
I’ve been enjoying reading all your posts, and thanks for all the help in C25K and pointing me towards B210K.

Great that you’re on ju-ju’s plan. It breaks the runs down into bite size chunks and progress can definitely be seen each week. I’m en route to 10k for the 2nd time, this time using the plan. Up to 9k this week. It feels easier 2nd time round, and nice to be part of a whole group of us doing it together. 😀🏃♀️🏃😀
Hi -going good for you by the look of things. I'll be on Week 6 next run. Will be a squeeze to get my 10k done by New Year's Eve which is my goal.Have a great week.
Yes! This is a great plan and really manageable whilst your body gets stronger and attitude is set to ' can do' .Like Cheeky, I am doing it for a second time.It just made sense to me.Keep going and enjoy!
