Well I had to have 6 days off due to the lurgy/a cold but managed to get my c25k W9R2 done today! I slowed right down by about 1.5 mins/km as part of my "Slowing down and Learning to jog" strategy and ran way over 30mins (a long way over..like 1:04:00!!!! and 10k!!) as my hr was way down, legs felt strong and I felt so good to be back in the running shoes again! Although I have not graduated from c25k yet I will treat this as my b210k W1 long run
Just did 10k! Am I nuts? : Well I had to have... - Bridge to 10K
Just did 10k! Am I nuts?
Well Done thats great
wow well done... I did wonder if you would do something like this. Just remember the 10% rule for your mileage this week, as thats a much longer run than usual. HM next?
Great run Lordi, Well Done. Listen to Ju ju's advice though.😊x
Just realised its your C25k graduation run too!

Forgot to add that this link is the "slow running" saga/story...
This is amazing! It made me laugh at the image of you aka Forrest Gump, heading off over the horizon Of course you know it was a bit daft but hey, a bit of daftness is quite endearing!
Great run! We'll done indeed!! 👏👏👏👏
I went a bit over the 10% today too, but that was a mistake. My first 10k was a mistake too. It was supposed to be an 8k run, but I got lost and just kept going until I was nearly home. Oops! I made sure my next run was short and slow - ish though.
That is so impressive. Well done you.
Danker me. That is pretty impressive. Well done you.
c25k Graduation run now done!

Jeez! Well done! I can't even contemplate running 10k yet. I finished c25k last week and last night managed 5.74k in 32 minutes, which I thought was good going, but 10k in just over 60 minutes is incredible, especially as you haven't finished the programme yet!
