After two 4k runs in the week, I lost1k as the mrs's rang half way through a run and I lost my momentum. Week excuse but I'll make up for it next week! Anyway just done 9k run and feeling very good with myself. This is because I( well of today and maybe only today, we'll have to wait and see) seem to of found an auto pilot. I got to about 4k and my mind and body just sinc'd. I could of gone on another while but I'd planed my route and I was nearly home when I got to 9k.
Looking forward to week 7 that starts Friday. ππ
