Well I got up this morning thinking I would spring clean our conservatory. Job done then looked out the window and decided to go for my run today instead of tomorrow. Changed my mind about the route as thought the one I had planned would be busy as it means running on the main road for 2 k. The chosen route had quite a bit of elevation but headed off determined to take it slow and make sure I got the distance in. Managed 9k in 1 hour 32 seconds! Aim of running 10k is getting nearer. Not sure about what will happen after that, 🤗

9k done
Fantastic long run with hills. Real stamina to keep going for over an hour and a half. Happy running 🤗
Thank you but it was just over an hour 🤣.
Oops, read 32 sec as min, just back from my long run and not paying enough attention. Even better then, that was a cracking pace. 🤗
You doing 10k or venturing further?
I did 10 ¼ today from one side of Inverness at sea level, flat for 5k then steady climb home for remainder . Total elevation increase 160m so it took 1hr 15. Never about speed for me, tackling hills just now and this cross town route was something I'd never have thought I could poss8do. Just shows 🙆♀️🤗
Well done, that sounds like a lovely spontaneous run today!
Thank you
That’s a great run - it’s your run and you nailed it, on to the 10k soon we’ll done 👏👏👏
