So after about 10 days off due to ill health and a medical procedure, finally started week 4 today with the 4K jog/run. Legs felt quite heavy from the break, but I was glad when it was all over. So onwards we go. Happy running everyone!

Well done for getting out there! I have my week 4 first run today too. Wind currently gusting up to 51mph, raining too, but at least it is warm. This afternoon looks a bit better, but the young lady pictured top left will need a walk then. So, not fit to turn a dog out at the moment, but looks like I have the morning shift for my run anyway. Greater love has no man!!🐶 Rules OK !!!
