Just finished run 3 for week 4 and it was the long 50 minute run. Started off in sunshine and blue sky but by the end it was grey skies and I’d run through hail, snow and rain - all in the space of 50 minutes. You’ve gotta love the British weather 🌦❄️☀️💦

You're right we've got no choice to love the British weather or we would never run . Congratulations on your 50 minute run😊😊

Congratulations Vic on getting out there and keeping going despite the deteriorating weather☄️🌧️☔

This morning I ran the week 5 8k and it was really windy so I ran, being pushed along the long canal stretch (I always find it disheartening to run that section into the wind) but that was at the start and the run back while winding and involving more thinking about the route was roughly into the wind all the way and hard work.

When I was doing my cool down walk I saw two nuthatches pulling at moss on a tree which was covered in pink blossom and I smiled thinking the worst weather is nearly over!

We have all managed to keep going and take on new challenges through the darkest most miserable weather, so should all feel proud for getting out there and running.

Looking forward to doing it in the spring now.🌺🌷🌹🥀🌻🌼
