Hi everyone! Hope your all well on this beautiful Sunday. So got out there this morning and ran for 3k them came home and did some squats 30 to be exact. So that’s my first run of the second week done. Will do some more squats tomorrow on rest day,back to work tuesday😩😩 and the out running again for 5k on Wed. yippee!
