Fantastic start to a glorious day

Well I am not sure how this happened but I was following Week 5 of Ju Ju 10K plan and enjoying being out in the beautiful sun, running by the riverbank - I ran for 8k but my feet did not want to stop - they carried on and on and on and finally stopped at 10.1 k - never ever in my wildest dreams did I think I would say I can and have run 10K
