Good morning runners! A very happy Friday to all π
Bright and early 6am start this morning, decided to go for a 10k. Took about 3k to get warmed up but went smooth after that. Slow and steady is the best description! 6.24/km average pace so not breaking any records but getting through the 10k felt good. Couldn't have gone further and was glad to reach the finish, how I was running so far in January I'm not sure?! π€£
Have a great weekend everybody ππ»

Well done on that early morning 10k. I've been thinking about running first thing in the morning again now the days are getting longer. I enjoyed it last summer when I was doing the Magic Plan
Nice one! 6am 10k π₯π₯beaut of a day for it, too. Glad you're flying the flag for the gazelles and knocking those 10k's out at your more, ahem..leisurely pace π€£
Slow relative to my faster pace, I can be a minute a kilometre faster than I was today. Just taking it easy though as running like a maniac isn't best option when trying to really enjoy the run π€£π€£
Thank you π I was more pleased that it felt slightly easier than the last couple weeks of running, don't think I'm going to worry about pace much next few weeks, try to just run easy and enjoy it ππ»
