Lovely day for a run. Parkrun time a bit slow as I ran back to accompany a friend on her first Parkrun - she mostly walked and I ran beside her. Still snailing along ππ
Another beautiful Conwy Parkrun: Lovely day... - Bridge to 10K
Another beautiful Conwy Parkrun
Thatβs what parkrun is all about... well done!
Iβm nearby soon, but sadly Monday to Thursday, so not ticking that one off my todo list yet... may have a freedom run of it though.
Oh how pretty your parkrun is Lil! Not surprised you love running there. β€οΈ
And nice to help a newbie friend out too! Very well done. I volunteered this morning and was able to watch the super human uber gazelle fly over the finish line in 16.08! Bonkers time! πππππππ
Just to witness a gazelleπ¦ finishing in a time of 16.08 is wonderful, only athletes πrunning in summer time track 5000 metre races can go faster, that is the fastest time I have come across regarding a Saturday morning park run.
I'm so jealous of you running through such beautiful scenery. No wonder you "take your time" - so that you can take it all in!! Go you!!!!
Looks great.. I am at the coast again soon so may head up there a week on Saturday!
Well done you!
Oooh maybe we can say hello!
Nice of you to help her, thatβs what itβs all about, being supportive, well done Lil
That looks a great place to run Lil. You followed the Parkrun philosophy in running with your friend. Itβs a run not a race. ππππππ
Wow - looks great! Glad you could help support your friend. πβ€οΈ
Well done on your parkruns. Must do the one in Conwy. Did the one in Bodelwyddan last weekend whilst I was back home visiting family. It's a hilly one but a wonderful place for a parkrun. Time wasn't great but views breathtaking (literally)ππ can't seem to get any faster even using the C25K additional podcasts. Speed, stamina etc. Just a case of running faster I suppose. At least a bad run is better than no run. ππ
