I vowed to do this week's after chickening out in Jersey last week. I hadn't done a Parkrun since about September, just got out of the habit and there always seems to be something else to do on Saturday mornings (like stay in bed a bit longer π).
I did one I'd done once before, not my local one but still fairly close. It's flat so seemed an appealing choice π
This time I ran the whole way, no walk breaks - I've never managed that before. It felt hard but I got a pb! Very pleased, what a nice feeling. Still nowhere near 30 minutes but I don't think I'll ever get to that π
Hope everyone's having a good running weekend π

I've only done one parkrun. I did enjoy it and do intend to return to do another, it's just I never seem to have the ducks in a row to get there on a Saturday morning. Surely it should be easy for you now you have run 10k though? I'm sure you'd get to 30 mins if you wanted to you'll probably surprise yourself one day with it.
