Morning all... Went out on 1st run of 10k programme. Was actually nervous yesterday about it, questioning can I do it.(think it's cause I really enjoyed the 5k) sorta lost my spring in my step to get up and go this morning. Any way out I went and I really really enjoyed it. I stuck to the plan. Run for 10, walk for 1 and repeat 4 times. I covered 6.5k which tbh Im happy with. Let's hope run2 is as nice.
