Went to NRC again for this morning s run and chose a meditation run. I really enjoyed it and could harun for longer than the 30 minutes. But was sensible and stopped π€my hip enjoyed it too π€£ happy running πββοΈ every one πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπΈπΈπΈ

What on earth is a meditation run?!it sounds like the best run. Please tell me I can run by meditating on it! π€
No you do have to do a run itβs in the NRC app there are many different types of runs on there but basically itβs a guided run just like a guided meditation really. Coach Bennet is talking to a meditation coach and gives you advice about different aspects of running. The one I did was 30 minutes long but there are very short runs to get you back out there too. You should try one and see if it can find your mojo. ππ€£π€£
Oh that sounds interesting Scruff, thank you. Iβve run three NRC guided runs now but didnβt realise there were meditation runs βΊοΈ. Iβm just beginning to get more familiar with the app. There such a range of guided runs to chose from!
That sounds lovely, havenβt tried a meditation run yet, will look to see if thereβs a 20 minute one as sticking with those for now
