Well after reading Dexy’s helpful rely to my how do I go quicker - I agree and I need to get on that Bridge so took a lunch hour (unheard of!) and off I went - I’ve found a couple of 10ks in December so will see how I get on but was reasonably quick for me - v 🐌 like and I had a lovely shower at work now off to induct someone so thanks all for the comments on the earlier post!!
